How to Use
Applying epoxy grout requires precision and speed. Follow these essential steps carefully:
- Surface Prep: Ensure joints are completely clean, dry, and free from any dust, grease, or old grout. Do not use water on the tile surface before application.
- Mixing: Mix the Part A (Resin) and Part B (Hardener) thoroughly first, then slowly add the Part C (Filler) powder. Use a low-speed mixer to avoid air pockets. Mix only what you can apply within 30-45 minutes (pot life).
- Application: Apply the grout aggressively using a hard rubber float, ensuring all joints are completely filled and compacted. Clean excess from the tile surface immediately using a damp (not wet) sponge, before it cures.
- Cleaning: After the grout begins to set, polish the tile surface with a clean, dry cloth. Do not wash with water for at least 24-48 hours to allow full chemical curing.
